As per DIN 137 and DIN 6904, IIS makes all types of Stainless Steel Wave Spring Washers. These washers are made by using the optimum quality stainless steel, copper & spring steel materials and modern techniques, in set with the quality standards. To maintain a load or take up shock and to offer a compensating spring force, these Wave washers are wavy metal washers designed. These are the disc of irregular shape formed in such a way that it provides a preload between two surfaces and deflects acts like a spring when loaded. For moderate thrust load and limited radial space, the Wave washers are very useful e.g. Axial loading of Ball bearing. Between parts on shafts or to take up the probable deviation, these Stainless Steel Wave Washers are generally preferred as cushion spacers in assembled parts. To reduce friction, avoid leakage isolate, stop loosening or distribute, these are positioned underneath a nut an axle bearing or a joint.
